Suddenly the Cheylans capsided at their second tack and our friends from Normandy suffer of collision which will end their day.

The wind for race 1 fluctuates between 15 and 18 knts. It starts under P and quite quickly we see that the management of the waves is complicated with many capsided including Nicolette.

I don't hide the fact that our first leg of reaching on the dog leg was a bit out of control. In this strong wind, no surprise François dominates his subject and the fleet. Then follow Michel Fehr who regains his speed and our president Angelique crewed by Lucie.

The other advantage of this race is that it allows everyone to withdraw their worst score.

martino nRace 2 launched under a strong cloud that makes the sea state harder and the wind increase close to 20 knts before dropping a little at the end of the second windward.

In these variable conditions, it was Nicolette who won ahead of Gerben (Dutch power or girl power according to your point of view) and Michel fehr.

As expected, the general classification is seriously updated with the return in the top 10 of the saillors regulary at the places of honor.

Tomorrow the reserve day will be welcome for the competitors and also for the boats. It will be less restful for France catamaran, which has a lot of repairs to perform to get the fleet back into working order.

And to finish this wonderfull day, tonight is a "gala dinner" in red and gold ending by an exceptional live band concert evening with Madame Rouge.
